All Carbon Comms services include unlimited data, subject to fair and reasonable use.

  • No network abuse or excessive usage impacting others
  • No resale or redistribution on residential services
  • No illegal activity
  • Responsible use of Static IP and No CGNAT services

We reserve the right to manage, restrict, or suspend services where usage impacts network performance.

Business SLA

Bronze

  • 12 business hour response target
  • Standard priority support

Gold

  • 4 hour response target
  • High priority support

Response times are targets only and not guaranteed. Resolution times depend on upstream providers.

Billing & Refund Policy

  • Services are billed in advance
  • First invoice may include pro-rata + 1 month upfront
  • No refunds for unused service periods
