FairPlay & Acceptable Use
All Carbon Comms services include unlimited data, subject to fair and reasonable use.
- No network abuse or excessive usage impacting others
- No resale or redistribution on residential services
- No illegal activity
- Responsible use of Static IP and No CGNAT services
We reserve the right to manage, restrict, or suspend services where usage impacts network performance.
Business SLA
Bronze
- 12 business hour response target
- Standard priority support
Gold
- 4 hour response target
- High priority support
Response times are targets only and not guaranteed. Resolution times depend on upstream providers.
Billing & Refund Policy
- Services are billed in advance
- First invoice may include pro-rata + 1 month upfront
- No refunds for unused service periods
